DOES NEW PATH MENTAL HEALTH & WELLNESS ACCEPT INSURANCE?

Our providers accept many major insurances such as Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Ambetter, Cigna, United Behavioral Health, and QualChoice. For medication management, our practitioners also accept Medicaid. Other insurances accepted can vary by provider. In the case that you are self-pay or your insurance does not cover your service, we offer a discounted cash rate.

DO YOU OFFER ONLINE COUNSELING?

Yes! If you are in need of any services and prefer to be seen online, we offer counseling via video sessions. Just call or email us to setup an appointment today.

WHAT IS YOUR NO-SHOW AND CANCELLATION POLICY?

To cancel an appointment, notice will need to be given 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If notice is not given 24 hours prior or no notice is given, you will be charged a $99 fee to the credit card we have on file.
