Facing your trauma can be a sensitive and overwhelming task, Peyton is genuinely grateful and honored to walk alongside you throughout the journey. She works to provide a safe environment for you to share and process through the daily impact your trauma has on your life.
Peyton is a Licensed Professional Counselor, with a Masters and Educational Specialist degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has extensive training in treating trauma and anxiety, as well as attachment, crisis intervention, and substance use. Peyton hopes to meet each client where they are at, using CBT and person-centered approaches to treatment. Peyton is trained in EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy), and is a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher with an emphasis on mental health. Peyton enjoys working with clients 15 years and older, as well as with First-Responders, Veterans, Active Military Personnel, and those in the LGBTQ+ community.
In her free time, Peyton enjoys adventuring with her family, reading, and talking over coffee with friends.
