Nesha Palmer

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Nesha Palmer, APRN, PMHNP-BC, earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University in 2024 and brings a strong background in psychiatric nursing to her role as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. From 2019–2024, she worked as an inpatient psychiatric registered nurse, gaining valuable experience caring for individuals with a wide range of mental health needs.

Before entering the field of psychiatry, Nesha worked in labor and delivery, where she developed a special passion for women’s mental health and the importance of supporting women throughout every stage of life.

A Helena, Arkansas native, Nesha has a personal connection to the rural communities she serves. She understands firsthand how challenging access to mental health care can be in rural areas, which is why she is especially passionate about making quality mental health services more accessible through telehealth.

Nesha loves mental health work because she has seen people climb out of dark places and begin recognizing their own value again. Sometimes it takes someone who truly understands the struggle to help you find your way toward the light. Her goal is to provide compassionate, welcoming, and judgment-free care where you feel heard, respected, and supported.

Nesha provides telehealth services to Arkansas residents ages 13 and older, allowing patients to receive mental health care from the comfort and privacy of home.

Outside of work, Nesha enjoys animals, Halloween, birdwatching, dinner with friends, watching movies, and porch sitting with her fur babies—her dog, DJ, and cats, Taxidermy, Max, and Ruby.
