Cass Hensley

Cass Hensley serves as the Director of Business Development at New Path Mental Health & Wellness, bringing over 15 years of experience in business development and community outreach. With a strong passion for connecting people to meaningful resources, Cass is dedicated to building relationships with local providers, organizations, and community partners to expand access to quality mental health care across Arkansas.

Cass holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Education and Health Promotion and has spent the last four years working in the mental health field, where she has developed a deep commitment to advocacy, awareness, and community collaboration. She enjoys being actively involved in the community and forming strong partnerships that support both mental wellness and long-term growth.

Outside of work, Cass enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two kids and staying involved with her local church.
