Skyla Weeks graduated from Henderson State University in 2019 with a B.S. in Psychology. She went on to continue her graduate education at the University of Texas at Tyler. She graduated April of 2023 with an M.S. in Clinical Psychology and moved back to the Cabot area to be with her family. She is specifically trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person Centered Therapy. Skyla also incorporates interventions from Gestalt Therapy into some of her sessions, depending on your needs. She specializes in Anxiety, Depression, and Grief. 

When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and stepson, reading, and baking. Skyla wants to walk with you through life's difficult seasons, and cheer you on during its brightest!
